I spend one full day working through your business with you, remotely by video. In person is available where it makes sense, and travel or in-person fees may apply. No forms to fill out and no fancy presentation. We look at how your day really runs and where your hours go.
This is not a report that sits in a drawer. The point is that the systems are in place and working, not just talked about.

The standard rate for an Owner Checkup is $4,950 + GST. Owners who book with me directly pay the current booking rate of $2,500 + GST.

What does it cost?
The current booking rate is $2,500 + GST, against a standard rate of $4,950 + GST. It is one flat fee, paid upfront, and it covers your checkup day, the two weeks of setup, your written playbook and the 30-day check.
How does the guarantee work, and when do I know?
You'll know once you have your written playbook, which comes after your checkup day and before any systems are installed. The test is simple: does the playbook identify at least 5 hours a week of work that can realistically be handed off, systemized or stopped? If it doesn't, tell me before we start the install and I'll refund the full fee. No forms and no fine print. If it does, we install the systems together over the next two weeks and check the results at the 30-day follow-up. The guarantee covers finding the hours. Getting them back comes from putting the changes in place together, which is what the install and the 30-day follow-up are for.
Who is it for?
Owners of trades, family and long-standing businesses, usually with 1 to 10 people, who built it themselves and still carry most of it. If you are the one everyone calls, the one who does the quotes at night and the last one to lock up, this is for you.
Who is it not for?
It is not for anyone who just wants a report to file away, or for owners who are not ready to let anything go. The checkup only works if you are willing to hand some work to other people. If you already have a full management team running the day-to-day, you probably don't need me.
